We are seeking a Staff Data Engineer/Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor researchers and developers, and build scalable data pipelines for diverse workloads. Relocation benefits are offered; flexible scheduling may be available.

Qualifications

• BS in data science, AI/ML, CS, or related field.
• Minimum six years of experience as a Data Engineer/Scientist.
• Experience building data pipelines and normalizing data with canonical Python packages (NumPy, Pandas, Polars).
• Experience with GitLab or similar version control systems.
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of developers and researchers.
• Build ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and LLM solutions.
• Assemble large data sets for model development and evaluation.
• Create infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Identify and implement scalable data delivery improvements using Agile methods.
