Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 9+ years in data engineering.
• 2+ years building AI/ML in production, including RAG architectures.
• Deep mastery of Python and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud-native data architectures (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable batch and streaming data pipelines in a multi-cloud environment.
• Build production-grade code and APIs for data products and AI agents.
• Establish MLOps/LMMOps rigor with CI/CD and observability.
• Lead through code reviews and mentorship of junior engineers.
• Ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency of data platforms.
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
