American Family Insurance Agency Staff seeks a Senior Data/Cloud Engineer to transform our data systems and architecture. You will extract data from diverse sources, connect them, and prepare datasets for software development and model building.

You will operate in a hybrid environment near Boston, contribute to automation and cloud initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions and robust testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Agile development methodologies experience.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch) and containers.
• Experience with System Administration and Network Management.
• Experience automating cloud environments with CloudFormation, Terraform & Ansible.
• Proficiency in Java and Python; Linux/Shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab).
• Experience integrating applications, databases, and platforms.
