Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred, but all disciplines welcome).
• Experience in financial tracking, monthly audits, and project review.
• Exposure to programming concepts.
• Experience working with mechanical systems.
• Ability to create and manage labor plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Experience with DDC or PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc.).
• Select and manage sub-contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Manage and schedule time to complete assignments on time and within budget.
• Analyze system performance at both the building and campus level.
• Evaluate and optimize building control and mechanical system performance.
• Develop custom programming solutions to enhance building efficiency.
• Design intuitive user interfaces (DDC or SCADA).
• Collaborate directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Program complex DDC and PLC systems tailored to project requirements.
• Gain hands-on experience with project financial tracking.
