Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Lead Critical Facility Engineer (Data Center) to join the Harwood, ND team. The role focuses on maintaining critical mechanical, electrical, and control systems within a data center environment, while mentoring engineering staff and ensuring high-quality client service.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with vendors, and drive safety and efficiency initiatives, including MOPs and SOPs development, to safeguard high-value assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years in a similar environment with HVAC or Electrical knowledge is helpful.
• Experience with mission critical infrastructure including generators, UPS, HVAC, fire/life safety, and CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly work order planning for critical facilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data center systems to minimize outages.
• Supervise contractors and ensure BGIS safety policies are followed.
• Provide timely client service and reporting.
