Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering and architecture.
• 4+ years hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Experience with Hadoop (Cloudera, Hive, Spark) to cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the target Snowflake architecture, data models, ingestion and transformation patterns.
• Lead assessment and design for Hadoop-to-Snowflake migrations and determine assets to migrate, re‑engineer, archive or retire.
• Guide conversion of workloads to Snowflake SQL and Snowpark with AI-assisted tools and review controls.
• Set the validation approach: reconciliation, data-quality rules, parallel runs, cutover and rollback.
• Work with client teams on access, retention and compliance decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities within the account and shape solutions and proposals with sales and delivery leadership.
• Mentor engineers and support estimates, scope and risk management.
