Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Lead Architect for Data & Analytics to design and evolve the enterprise data environment on Microsoft Fabric. You will lead the integration of POS, labor, digital ordering, and finance systems, enabling teams to access insights when needed.

The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms, AI enablement, and governance. You will work with FP&A and cross-functional partners to ensure solutions reflect business operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Track record delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics end to end.
• Hands-on with Fabric/Azure AI services and BI tooling.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with LLMs and orchestration.
• Ability to translate business questions into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and standards for data and analytics, including architecture reviews and mentorship.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data models and analyses.
• Design and implement scalable lakehouse architecture on Microsoft Fabric.
• Build pipelines integrating POS, labor, digital ordering, and finance systems.
• Define SLAs, reliability, and disaster recovery for the data platform.
• Lead AI enablement, feature stores, and semantic models for insights.
• Govern data with security, SOX/PCI-DSS compliance, and AI governance.
