The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is hiring a Team Lead in Data Analytics to coach a small group, coordinate priorities, and deliver high‑quality data insight for supervisory, monetary policy, and financial stability purposes.

You will lead complex analyses, oversee data collection operations, and engage with stakeholders across the system to improve data quality and reporting practices. A background in finance/analytics and mentoring capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial, economic, regulatory reporting, or analytic role with strong technical skills.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workflow and set priorities with management.
• Develop and coach staff (2–4 people) and provide performance feedback.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to align on data collection and reporting.
• Deliver actionable insights by integrating multiple data sources.
• Investigate reporting inquiries and technical issues with regulatory guidance.
