Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to bridge Navy logistics and data‑driven decision making. On‑site at NSA Hampton Roads, you will build dashboards and data pipelines with Databricks, ADVANA, Power BI, and Qlik Sense to provide leadership with actionable insights.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a technical degree, 5+ years in data science, and experience with SQL, Python/R, and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python, R).
• Hands-on experience building production dashboards in Power BI (DAX/Power Query) and Qlik Sense.
• Experience with Databricks (PySpark/Spark SQL) and managing cloud data workflows.
• DoD War Data Platform (ADVANA) experience for data extraction and integration.
• Advanced SQL for complex joins, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Python or R for data wrangling, automation, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense to provide visibility to leadership.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis against complex datasets to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Translate military logistics requirements into analytics products and KPIs.
• Clean, wrangle, and organize data using SQL and Python to support reporting and models.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines and data models within Databricks and cloud data repositories.
• Ingest and integrate multi-source DoD datasets across ADVANA, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
