As a Lead Data Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making across both our product and our customers. You will define and track the metrics that matter, like product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer health, and translate them into insights that both shape product strategy and demonstrate the impact of the Thrive platform.
You’ll move fluidly across the business: partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers from discovery through delivery, and working alongside customer success and sales to make sure our customers have the data they need to understand our product's effectiveness and build data-informed health and wellbeing strategies.
This role calls for a blend of strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and an eye for improving and scaling processes. You’ll work autonomously, own your areas end to end, and be central to the strategic success of both our product and our customer relationships.
Base compensation for this role will likely fall in the$145,000-$175,000range.
