Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing data ingestion team.
- Lead front-line across the full ingestion stack: web crawling, extraction, and data lakes.
- Stay hands-on and contribute as an individual
- Prioritize work and run data acquisition campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Guide architectural decisions for scalable, auditable ingestion pipelines.
- Collaborate with research, data quality, and partnerships teams to tie ingestion to model impact.
