Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cytotechnology experience.
• Proficiency with lab computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in test interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and provide advanced technical guidance to staff.
• Serve as resource for staff and students inside and outside the department.
• Prepare, stain, and microscopically evaluate clinical specimens.
• Assist pathologist with specimen collection procedures.
• Participate in research and development activities.
• May act as cytology general supervisor.
