We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their careers. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy:
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate the register, suggest products, and assist with food programs. Lead shifts, maintain store appearance, and deliver fast, friendly service. Consistent onsite attendance is expected. Engage daily with customers and work with a dynamic team to accomplish store goals.
Skills and Qualities: Ability to sell, communicate effectively, work quickly, think creatively, lead a team, and provide excellent customer care. Entry-level supervisory experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Retail and customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, motivation to progress, willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull up to 20 pounds, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and climbing.
