Overview

We want you to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. If you have the desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment and grow your career, look no further.

Your Role

You will greet customers, ring the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with our food program. You will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. You will work around the store (inside and out) to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. You will maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. You will interact with many customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise entry-level staff
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, and provide product recommendations
• Maintain store appearance and ensure fast, friendly service
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals
• Identify and suggest solutions to customer needs
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance

Your Qualifications

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Hand-eye coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs
