Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and work with our food program.
• Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team.

You Are Good At:

• Selling products and providing excellent customer care
• Effective communication and friendly interaction
• Performing quickly while having fun
• Working as part of a team to meet goals
• Problem-solving and quick thinking
• Leading a team and supervising entry-level employees

Great If You Have:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Entry-level management experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
