Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Belvedere, South Carolina is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to greet customers, run the register, and suggest purchases, including our food program. This is a full-time role with days and evenings shifts in a store setting.

You will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis while helping maintain the store’s appearance and delivering fast, friendly service to customers alongside a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and suggest purchases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to lead shifts and gain supervision skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• You will greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program.
• You will also gain entry level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
• There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance.
• You will interact with many customers daily, all while working with a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store!
