Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our retail team on Saint Simons Island, GA. You will greet customers, operate the register, and suggest purchases while occasionally assisting with our food program.

You will gain entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts, helping maintain store standards, and delivering fast, friendly service with an energetic team.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Entry level management experience is a plus.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and assist with the food program.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis to gain entry level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers inside and outside the store.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance and teamwork to meet daily goals.
