Par Mar Stores in Mineral Wells, WV is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate for Store #89 to support the Store Management Team and help ensure smooth shifts. You will lead staff, assist with store marketing to hit sales goals, and contribute to training initiatives that boost performance.

The role offers training, advancement, pay increases, annual reviews, and an employee referral bonus program. A HS diploma and retail experience preferred; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
