Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: provides prompt, courteous service and greets/thanks customers.
• Facility Condition: maintains store cleanliness and reports repairs.
• Merchandising: ensures stock is adequate and signs are placed.
• Sales Controls: assists with inventory and shift controls.
• Financial Controls: monitors shift sales and cash handling; reports discrepancies.
• Staffing Controls: assist with coaching, training, and scheduling adjustments.
• Security Controls: reports incidents and unsafe conduct.
• Administrative: handles cash drawer counts and end-of-shift reports.
