Edmonds School District is seeking a High School Assistant Head Custodian (Promotion) at Mountlake Terrace High School. Under the general direction of the building administrator, this role ensures buildings are safe, clean, functional, well-maintained and secure.

Shift is 8 hours daily on a 200-day calendar, 10:00am-6:30pm. The position is continuing, non-exempt, with an hourly rate of $33.35 (2026-2027 Salary Schedule, effective Sept. 1, 2026).

Qualifications

• This position requires the physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and twist, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and work at heights of 45 feet.

• Under the general direction, ensures that school buildings and environment is safe, clean, functional, well-maintained, and secure.
