Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Florida is seeking a Cultivation Lead to join our large-scale indoor/outdoor grow operation. You will oversee a small team of cultivators, manage daily tasks, and ensure high-quality plant care from seed to harvest.

This salaried role offers a pay range of $19–$20 per hour DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small team of cultivators, including time management, daily direction, and overall management of the team.
• Completing projects and reporting back to the manager of cultivation.
• Overseeing all aspects of grow from seed to store.
• Adhere to all Cannavative safety and compliance policies and procedures
