Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to three years applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily coverage to complete all work assignments; replace absent or reassign team members to ensure proper daily workload coverage.
• Orient new team members on department procedures and teach proper use of all equipment.
• Welcome residents and guests, coordinate seating, greet in a professional, courteous, timely manner.
• Accurately take resident and guest orders, enter menu selections into POS or similar system.
• Facilitate to-go/take-out orders.
• Audit each server’s side job assignment for completeness and communicate ongoing feedback.
• Fill room service orders and expedite delivery; retrieve all trays after dining.
• Clear tables and arrange settings efficiently.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
