Schulte Hospitality Group in Southern Pines, NC, is seeking a Lead Culinary Associate for Pine Needles Lodge. You will maintain sanitation, prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner to specification, and help design menu variations with the culinary team.

The role requires high school education, prior kitchen experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and work flexible shifts. You will be part of a supportive, employee-focused workplace with competitive benefits and growth

• Previous experience in a similar role required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains clean and orderly storage areas and product pars

• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
