Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification (R and CT).
• Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging (CT and X-ray).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise radiologic and CT technologists in the imaging department.
• Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures (CT and general radiography).
• Ensure regulatory standards, safety protocols and quality assurance are met.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver timely imaging results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Develop and train staff, providing mentorship to team members.
• Monitor workflow and scheduling to optimize department efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and policy development.
