Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a CT Technologist with leadership experience to perform CT exams and guide staff. This role emphasizes independent judgment, teaching duties, and coordinating patient flow within a high-volume radiology department.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a CT Technologist, Florida ARRT RT(CT) certification, and a track record in staff education and department reaccreditation efforts. TMH values quality care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiology Technology.
• Minimum: Two (2) years experience as a CT Technologist; Preferred: One (1) + Years in a Lead position.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist in the State of Florida & ARRT, must be RT (CT).

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with CT exams and procedures.
• Demonstrates ability to use independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative.
• Teaches or directs the work of other staff as required.
• Ensures physician satisfaction through proper staff education.
• Assist with coordination of patient flow.
• Assists with staff schedule as needed.
• Assists with reaccreditation process.
