Med Center Health in Bowling Green, KY, Combined Emergency and Urgent Care Facility, seeks a Full Time Radiologic Technologist Team Leader for the Day Shift. This role leads Radiologic Technologists, ensures high-quality patient imaging, and maintains regulatory compliance in a fast-paced emergency/urgent care setting.

The successful candidate demonstrates leadership, a radiologic technology background, ARRT/ROC certification, and a commitment to patient safety while coordinating daily imaging

Competenze

• One year of radiological experience required.
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program of study required.
• State of Kentucky Radiation Operator Certification (ROC) required. If certified by the State of Kentucky prior to 1978, candidates are grandfathered and ARRT registration is not required.

Day Shift

Provides leadership and direction to Radiologic Technologists to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care and the efficient operation of imaging services. Oversees and enforces departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices. Manages personnel by supervising daily workflow, supporting staff development, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns to promote a positive and accountable work environment. Coordinates staff scheduling and performs administrative leadership duties while serving in a hybrid role as both Team Leader and Radiologic Technologist. Performs a variety of general radiology imaging procedures while adhering to established patient safety protocols. Operates advanced imaging, recording, and processing equipment to carry out diagnostic examinations. Demonstrates efficiency, productivity, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• One yearof Radiological experience required.


• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program of study required.


• State of Kentucky Radiation Operator Certification (ROC) required. If certified by the State of Kentucky prior to 1978, candidates are considered grandfathered into the profession and registration with the ARRT is not required.


• Registration or eligibility for registration with the ARRT (ARRT-R) required.
