Fifth Third Bank in Denver, NC is seeking a Lead CSR/Teller for the Waterside Crossing location. This full-time role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients to the right solutions, and maintaining accurate cash handling and daily office operations.
You will collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to ensure efficient performance, manage referrals to bankers, and help train new CSR staff while upholding our policies, integrity, and teamwork.
