Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach is seeking a Lead CS/SPD Technician. You will lead the SPD team in the absence of a supervisor, manage resources, and support performance reviews while ensuring compliant decontamination and sterilization of instruments.
The role requires SPD certification and 2+ years of related experience. The position includes evening shifts (3:00pm-11:30pm) and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.

In the absence of a supervisor, the Lead Sterile Processing (CS/SPD) Technician will lead the daily activities of the assigned SPD team or department, including assigning resources, corrective action and assistance with performance reviews. You will develop skills, such as leadership, teamwork, innovation and empathy, and make a difference in patients’ lives every day while advancing your career.
A caregiver in this position work seven evenings from 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. including rotating on-call weekend requirements.
