Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for cryogenic systems and guide growth
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and commercial groups
• Conduct technical market analysis to identify customer needs and trends
• Translate research breakthroughs into commercial product roadmaps and specs
• Drive GTM strategies including positioning and differentiation
