Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking a Lead CRNA for our outpatient endoscopy center in Seattle, WA. You will provide autonomous anesthesia care within a CRNA-only model, collaborating with gastroenterologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role features a Monday–Friday, 4-day shift (approximately 7 AM–4 PM) with no call, nights, or weekends, and a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $270,000 plus a $20,000 commencement bonus and a lead stipend.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs.
• Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff.
