Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician in Sterling, VA. The role combines hands-on maintenance with supervisory responsibilities to ensure reliable critical facility operations.
The Lead reports to the Maintenance Program Manager and guides technicians while upholding safety and quality standards. Key duties include coordinating training, managing schedules, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

As part of our exciting growth, we are hiring a Lead Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician based out of Sterling, VA.
The Lead Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance operations within the Aligned Data Center, combining hands‑on expertise with supervisory responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Program Manager, this position requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth functioning of critical facility systems.
As a key member of the operations team, the Lead Maintenance Technician will lead by example, providing guidance, training, and support to maintenance technicians while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Hourly Pay Range: $48.00-54.00/hr, plus quarterly bonuses
