Insight Global is seeking a Lead Engineer for the Critical Facilities team. The role focuses on designing and engineering building automation and energy management systems in line with energy codes and sustainability goals.

You will analyze campus-wide performance, develop control solutions, and interface with clients and subcontractors to deliver complex projects. Responsibilities include programming DDC/PLC systems, creating user interfaces, and contributing to continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Experience in building automation and energy management.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk and Delta/Alerton controls.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and basic programming concepts.
• Engineering degree; mechanical and electrical disciplines common but others welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Analyze system performance at campus level with thorough documentation.
• Provide analysis of building control and mechanical system performance.
• Create project-specific programming solutions to optimize building efficiency.
• Build front-end interfaces for end-users to interact with the system.
• Program DDC and PLC systems to meet project specifications.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.
