Job summary

Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Critical Care ICU/IMC team.

You’ll manage complex ICU and Step-Down patients, participate in rapid clinical decisions, and contribute as a clinical leader in a physician-directed, high-performing environment. This role offers exposure to a growing service line with competitive compensation, CME support, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years ICU/critical care or hospital-based experience preferred.
• Maryland NP or PA license active and in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; Maryland CDS license.
• Board certification where applicable (NP or PA).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ICU and Step-Down patients at the top of your license.
• Participate in rapid clinical decision-making with the team.
