As a Lead Creative Producer on Pinterest's House of Creative team, you will lead end-to-end creative production for complex, high-impact marketing programs across multiple channels and workstreams. This role is built for a producer who is equally strong at production execution and in-house cross-functional leadership. You will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, Comms, Media, Legal, Finance, and external production partners to move work from early concept through final delivery.
Success in this role is not only getting the work made. It is creating clarity around how the work gets made: establishing a shared plan, keeping milestones and dependencies visible, aligning the right decision-makers, surfacing risks and tradeoffs early, and ensuring cross-functional teams understand what is happening, what is changing, and what is needed from them.
