Abbott seeks a seasoned Creative Director to lead Abbott’s internal visual storytelling across video, motion graphics, and photography. You will set the creative standards, direct top productions, and build a high-performance team to deliver agency-level work at internal speed.

You’ll shape storytelling across platforms, mentor a multidisciplinary crew, and drive efficient production workflows while managing budgets and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-house video studios or agencies.
• Strong documentary craft and storytelling instincts.
• Ability to mentor editors, designers, and photographers.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for video, motion graphics, and photography.
• Review treatments, edits, and final work to uphold quality standards.
• Lead on-set direction for patient stories and brand films.
• Guide post-production: edit, color, sound, and motion design.
• Set platform-native storytelling standards for different channels.
• Manage budgets, freelancers, and production gear.
