If you have deep expertise in home repairs, a knack for talking with customers, and the organizational skills to run day-to-day operations, this role offers a clear path to leadership without losing touch with the trade you love. You will help build our local reputation, ensure project quality, and lead by example both in the office and on the job site.

What Success Looks Like

Your time will be balanced between administrative business development and on-site trade work. Success in this role means managing this balance efficiently so that projects are estimated accurately, completed to high standards, and customers receive seamless service from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Sales and Estimating: Respond to customer inquiries, evaluate project scopes, and produce accurate labor and material estimates for residential and light commercial repairs.

On-Site Craftsmanship: Perform a variety of mid-level home repairs, carpentry, drywall patching, tiling, minor plumbing, and electrical work.

Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, and resolving any project adjustments on the fly.

Operational Coordination: Organize job schedules, source necessary materials, and manage project workflows to ensure timely completion.

Long-Term Goals

Build a consistent pipeline of repeat and referred business through excellent customer service and precise estimating.

Maintain high quality-control standards across all completed jobs, resulting in strong online reviews and customer loyalty.

Establish efficient operational habits that allow the business to scale, potentially leading to the hiring and management of additional field craftsmen.

Estimation or Sales Experience: Prior experience assessing job sites, calculating material and labor costs, and presenting quotes to customers.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to homeowners.

Tools and Transportation: Possession of a reliable work vehicle (such as a truck or van) and a comprehensive set of standard hand and power tools.

Licensing: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
