Ace Handyman Services, part of the Ace Hardware family, is seeking a highly motivated Lead Craftsman to oversee a small crew, ensure quality craftsmanship, and deliver outstanding customer service in the Twin Cities.

This project-management role runs Monday through Friday (8am–5pm) with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, teamwork, and professional conduct. Local franchise with national backing offers advancement and competitive pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
• Own truck or van and the necessary tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, flooring).
• Proper equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Good overall knowledge of all trades.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Project management and crew supervision.
• Communicate with management, office staff, customers, suppliers, and property managers.
• Present a clean-cut appearance and organized tools.

Additional Information

Compensation: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour. Most work will be in the North Metro, but the office is located in Minneapolis. Ace Handyman Services values independent thinkers, problem solvers, and strong communication skills.
