Job summary
Accent Countertops Reno is hiring a Lead Countertop Installer to join our professional installation team. The role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with piece-rate compensation and benefits in Reno, NV.
The candidate will lead installations for residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with customers, and traveling within the Reno market as needed. Prior lead-install experience and durable work ethic are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Stone Countertop Installer.
- Proven experience installing granite, quartz and other stone countertops.
- Reliable, dependable and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install stone countertops accurately and efficiently in residential and commercial settings.
- Safely remove existing countertops and disconnect/reconnect plumbing when required.
- Ensure all installations meet Accent Countertops' quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
- Travel locally throughout the Reno market with occasional out-of-town assignments.
