Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a Lead Countertop Installer for our POST FALLS branch. Competitive wages start at $25/hr - $30/hr DOE, plus benefits and 401k.

You will install countertops, remove old fixtures, and handle plumbing tasks when needed, with local travel and occasional out-of-town work. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of lead installer experience, a clear driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of lead countertop installer experience.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Good communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Install countertops in customers' home or business.
• Remove existing countertops and plumbing as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries on site and coordinate with office for unsettled issues.
• Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.
• Travel locally with occasional out-of-town work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of lead Countertop installer experience
• Construction experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of plumbing an asset
• Basic mathematical skills and good communicational skills
• Have good organizational skills,attention to detail/quality workmanship combine with a great attitude and work ethic
• Possess clear driver’s license and criminal record check
• Able to carry upwards of 100 lbs
• Ability to work overtime as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correctly install countertops in customers home or place of business
• Cleanly remove the existing countertop and plumbing if required
• Respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns while on the job site
• Contact office to resolve any concerns that cannot be addressed on the job site
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to the installation as they arise
• Regular local travel with occasional out of town work
• Other duties as assigned
