Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a dental ceramist with a focus on anterior cosmetic cases.
Expertise in porcelain layering techniques (cut-back and layer method).
Experience with GC Initial porcelain systems (LiSi, Zr-FS, IQ, or related lines).
Strong understanding of shade science, translucency, opalescence, and natural tooth anatomy.

Responsibilities

Porcelain layering on anterior and cosmetic cases with natural translucency and shade matching.
Custom staining, glazing, and surface texturing to achieve lifelike results.
Lead the ceramics department, set quality standards and mentor junior technicians.
Work within a digital workflow, integrating CAD/CAM designs with hand-layered porcelain artistry.
