Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Experience per Title 57 O.S. 510.A.2: minimum age 20; 30 college hours or high school diploma/GED; 24 months correctional or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides security and supervision to inmates and guards post security.
• Oversees inmate work crews; escorts inmates to work sites and inventories equipment.
• Patrols yards, cells, corridors; enforces discipline and reports incidents.
• Operates security equipment and conducts inmate counts; performs searches for contraband.
• Prepares written documentation and reports on inmate behavior and movement.
