Qualifications

• Three years RN experience or four years nursing with relevant duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff, provide training, assign schedules and conduct performance duties.
• Support care plans, administer medications, assist clinicians during exams.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff or outside providers when needed.
• Review medical records, document care, and prepare transfer/release reports.
• Sterilize instruments, maintain supply inventories, keep areas stocked.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on policy and procedure changes.
