Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer accounts.
• Lead coaching, training, development and onboarding of new cooler service team members.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition and ensure parts inventory levels.
• Drive and backfill for Field Service Supervisor as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts and CCNA to resolve customer issues.
