Tigg's Canteen Services Inc. is seeking a Dual Full-Time Permanent Lead Cook for Manistee/Ludington MI locations within the Mason County Jail system. The role requires leadership to manage meal prep, follow strict recipes, and ensure safe kitchen operations.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and lunch/dinner shifts is expected; training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.
• Ability to read and follow company recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up.
