Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Minimum of two years experience and previous leadership experience preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided; Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, season and portion food for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Provide daily direction to cooks and other foodservice staff.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Follow standardized recipes and production sheets for daily/weekly menus.
