Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience as a cook or related role required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision required.
• Proven knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on food safety, sanitation, and cooking methods.
• Cooks and prepares food following production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment and prepares ingredients.
• Safely uses food utensils and operates ovens, stoves, and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various methods on meats, vegetables, and foods.
• Garnishes, portions food, and stores it following safety policies.
• Maintains customer service and follows safety policies, ensuring assets security.
