Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Lead Cook for a full-time role at 1800 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA 94158. The position requires 3–5 years of cooking experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $28.00 per hour.

The Lead Cook will prepare entrees, supervise cooking activities, operate and clean equipment, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations. This role supports production records and team training in a dynamic food service environment.

• Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable standards.
• Assists in cross training of employees and maintains daily production records.

• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.

• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.

• Assists in the cross training of employees.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
