Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Panda Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at a Panda restaurant in Surprise, AZ. You will prepare dishes according to our recipes and standards and support a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include guiding the kitchen team, assisting with training, and carrying out back-of-house duties to keep operations smooth and efficient. Some high school required; local Food Handler certification preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required/obtainable at applicant’s expense.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes to meet Panda recipes and standards.
• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Guide Kitchen Team and assist with training.
• Perform all Back of House responsibilities.
