Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure sanitary practices.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, roaster temperatures to cook safely.
• Prepare stations and follow company guidelines for meals.
• Washes, cuts, and prepares fruits and vegetables for service.
• Forecast preparation needs and assist with inventory as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
