Responsibilities

• Demonstrates attention to detail in all tasks.
• Performs administrative duties such as completing forms and reports.
• Advises supervisor when supplies diminish and reorders.
• Ensures all dietary procedures are followed.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and effectively (e.g., slicer, mixer, ovens, grills).
• Engages with residents in dining room to receive feedback on dining experience.
• Organizes walk-in freezer, storeroom, and kitchen areas.
• Receives and stores food and other orders.
• Assists in establishing food production lines to ensure timely meals.
• Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Earns and maintains Serve-Safe certification.
